sound baths
A sound bath is an immersive experience designed to invite your body and mind into deep rest. Through resonant sounds and gentle vibrations, you’re given the space to slow down, soften, and simply be.
Our sound baths are led by Jay with the Sacred Container - a carefully held space where you can let go of what you’re carrying, reconnect with yourself, and receive whatever you need in the moment.
