I just had my first SourceFlow session with Taryn, and let me tell you I had no idea how important and much needed that work was! I have always been reluctant to “energy” work. I’m a massage therapist myself and have always focused on soft tissue manipulation for relief, but this was a whole different kind of relief and experience. As she worked down my chakras I felt various parts of my inner body relaxing. It’s a little hard to explain the sensations I was feeling but I will definitely be back and look forward to more of this kind of work. She thoroughly explained what she was going to do before the session and then explained to me her analysis of my “energy” of various chakras and what she felt herself. She was able to explain to me what kind of “blockage” she felt in my energy and it was literally EVERYTHING that I have been speaking with my therapist about for years. Truly amazing.
